Return Policy

  • We make all of our bouquets, wreaths, and other creations to order. We do not accept returns and all sales are final.
  • Pre-order cancellations must be made 7 days before scheduled ship date and there is a 25% cancellation charge.
  • If the product is received not as ordered, please let us know and we will send a return shipping label. We will refund the order once received back in our studio.

    Dried Flower Care

    When you receive your dried flowers from Right Side Hand, remove them from the wrapping immediately.

    Please be mindful of the following:

    • Your item comes from natural materials and has been custom made for you. It may vary slightly from the sample product listing.
    • Some “shedding” from your flowers is normal, so please be gentle. Be gentle, please. Your order is made from real preserved/dried flowers and other natural materials.
    • Dried flowers can last for years but will fade if placed in direct sunlight or near heating elements.
    • Do not get dried flowers wet or put in a room with moisture. This will limit mold and wilting.

      How long do dried flowers last? 

      While dried flowers can last for years and don't 'go bad', we suggest to clean or replace them seasonally. This helps to keep them looking fresh, and to match the changing seasons as well.

      How do I dust/clean dried flowers?

      We use canned air to freshen up our dried arrangements, bouquets, and wreaths. Tip- DON’T use the thin cleaning duster ‘straw’.

      Are they real flowers? 

      Yes. All of our flowers are harvested at the peak of their bloom, and are then processed in skilled and natural method. As a result Right Side Hand dried flowers retain a colorfully soft, fresh-feeling look.

      Can I store my dried flowers ensure I can enjoy them longer?

      Yes. Place your dried floral decor in an air tight container and tuck it away in a cool, dry, and dark space. It will be waiting for you to enjoy again.

      SHIPPING POLICY

      Right Side Hand’s products are made to order. Once you place your order please allow 5-10 business days for production. Please contact us if you need your flowers sooner. A rush fee may apply.

      Due to the pandemic, extreme weather or other issues caused by these trying times, carrier disruptions and delays may be possible. Please keep an eye on your tracking.

      • Right Side Hand Creations ships your packages via USPS or UPS from Winters in Northern California.
      • Please see the below map to see UPS’s ground shipping transit days. All carrier’s transit times are estimated business days.
      • Express shipping; 2-3 business days transit time, 1 day processing.
      • Shipping rates are subject to change at anytime.

      • For all holiday (fresh evergreen) products we recommend “UPS 3 Day Shipping” (from northern California zip code 95616) while ordering between Friday-Monday for all customers located in the red, orange US states and Puerto Rico. This will allow your items to get to you as quickly as possible.
